The food was awful. In stead of BBQ sauce they sent Hoisan sauce, when we called them they rudely said that they only do a hoisan BBQ sauce but did not tell us when we called to make the order. Never heard of a Chinese doing this. The BBQ spare ribs were also cooked in hoisan sauce which my partner cannot eat. So he was unable to eat the ribs which is the what he chose to have as the meal. When we called they would only swap the sauce not the ribs and only if we gave them the sauce back! This was very concerning because what were they going to do with the sauce? Give it to another customer? The sweet and sour sauce was so salty that we could not eat with it. The sweet and sour chicken Cantonese style was burnt and dry. the only liveable part was the chips. Very disappointed. Tried here before and things came burnt last time. Will not be returning.

The food is great but the delivery service is repeatedly AWFUL!!!! They will tell you that they will deliver in 45 mins but its far more likely to be 1 hr and 45 mins. Tonight they took 2hrs and 15mins to deliver. They serve the customers in the shop first and do deliveries when there is a space, which on a busy night could be hours after your call
